The WeCare.Fitness experience is based on four pillars: socialization, motivation, technology, and monitoring.
​
​
The system connects three actors: students, interested in progressing towards their goals, gym managers, interested in retaining enrollments, and instructors, who can be rewarded for their students’ success.
​
​
Through an application, the student is not only able to access workouts but also send feedback on the feeling of progress and effort. Other modules also allow socialization, programming, and following healthy habits.

Besides workout tracking through the app, the WeCare.Fitness service includes RFID tags that are attached to gym equipment.
